An eco air source heat pump provides underfloor heating and hot water. Bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included. Welcome pack. Garden and patio with sitting-out area, terrace, garden furniture and BBQ on request. Grounds. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. 

Property description

This exceptionally spacious eco cabin has been inspired by the sheilings (àirighean) that were once common in the Scottish Highlands and which were occupied by the workers while the cattle were out on their summer pastures. Characterised by walls of glass, which gives a spacious feel, it exhibits careful detailing, and underfloor heating gives the property a modern feel. The cabin has been beautifully decorated and furnished tastefully. 

For convenience you can park your car directly outside the cabin. As you enter the property, huge windows give you a real feel of the outdoors. The interior space is enormous, with high ceilings and a copious amount of room in the bedrooms and reception rooms. High end fixtures and fittings have been incorporated, and you will find the bathrooms stunning and the kitchens well appointed for your staycation.

The cabin is located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty down a county lane and is just a short drive from Winchelsea Beach and Camber sands with its dunes and water sports. The local pub The Rose and Crown is a 10 minute walk up the lane. 

You will find yourself submerged in complete tranquillity whilst staying on Woodgate Farm, and the owners are highly experienced in the world of hospitality, having owned a bed & breakfast for many years.
Woodgate Farm is situated between the three historical towns of Rye, Hastings and Tunbridge Wells. Both East Sussex and Kent are home to many National Trust properties and gardens and most are within easy driving distance of Beckley. There is also a wide range of English Heritage sites to visit, including the famous Battle Abbey and battleground, allowing you the option of delving into the culture and history in this area or just retreating to the peace and quiet of the countryside.
This really is a special place for you to enjoy your staycation and enjoy an unforgettable experience. The owners are continually working towards self-sufficiency on their farm. Ground source heating and solar power have been installed, and the main house has carbon neutrality. This eco cabin is an exceptional holiday home in a beautiful part of the world. Beach 11 miles.
